Welcome to the last edition of “Fearlessly Authentic” for the year 2020. It is December!!!! The season to be jolly. What a year 2020 has been, yet my warriors, we charged on, fought the fear and we have finished strong. This year has been a journey of self-awareness and growth.
Welcome to the November edition of “Fearlessly Authentic”. As 2020 winds down, be thankful that despite all we have been through this year, we are still here; standing, walking, crawling, however we are looking, we are still here.

Welcome to the September edition of “Fearlessly Authentic”. How are you doing? Hope you are moving forward despite all that is going on. This is not a time to stay frozen in fear and uncertainty, get fearless in the face of uncertainty and keep taking steps towards your goal no matter how little. Remember that as long as you have breath, there is hope to achieve.
As we reintroduce ourselves to the rest of the world, I’d like us to finish out the series on an introspective look at our scars, so we can resume our battle stations! Have you liked our military tone? This 2020 has come at me personally with so much that I could have just allowed to stress me, but thankfully I said no! And I want you to say no too.
Hello Dear Readers Welcome to a new dawn, a new season and a new move. With the ongoing pandemic that is ravaging the world, there is a feeling that the world has literally turned on its head. In most conversations both in the public space and in private, there is a new phrase that often comes up and that is that “this is the new normal”. Looking inward, we realise that the main thing driving the “new normal” is fear.
Welcome to the June edition of “Fearlessly Authentic”. Hope you enjoyed the last edition that spoke to us taking some action during the pandemic. After REST then ACTION, however what if you are paralysed by fear or you have become your own worst enemy; what then?

We have spent this year so far being thrown off-balance by the current pandemic. It has however been a perfect time to rest and let go, which is what we have hopefully found time to do in these past few months: Retreat, Refresh, Renew; Embrace, Empower, Energise, Surrender, Seek and Sustain for a period of Time.
